When to show up in 2016
Events will kick off at the infamous Legion Hall 10 p.m. on Thursday, June 23 and end Sunday, June 26 at 9 a.m. Note: Sure, your kids will miss you. Sack up, Sally, and come anyway; you’ll be home by 11 a.m. on Sunday.
Where to go
A wonderful experience in the Shang-ri-la of Alpha, Ill. The only place on the planet that makes our beloved Fayette look like a metropolis.
What will be eaten
Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided on Friday and breakfast and dinner on Saturday. Pop-type drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the weekend as money permits. You are most definitely on your own for alcohol and any extra-curricular activities.

Since you still have enough brain cells left on Thursday night to make a decision, you will have three choices of tournaments: $20 Hold ‘Em, $20 Omaha Hi-Lo and $50 Hold ‘Em, although the $20 Hold ‘Em usually bites the dust. But if you are a pussy and really want to play it, it’s available. And there’s always cash games if you bust out early like Paul.

Directions (From Rockford)
Take Highway 39 South to Highway 88 West. Then take Highway 80 East which will turn into Highway 74 East to Peoria. Get off at Exit 32, Woodhull. Turn left off the interstate onto ILL RTE 17 West. Go 2 ½ miles and turn right onto Highway 150. Once you get into Alpha, turn left on ‘A Street.’ (Yes, I know, very creative). The Legion will be on the right side about three blocks down, just before the train tracks.
How to RSVP
Send an e-mail to ccmpfounder@hotmail.com to indicate the events in which you wish to participate. The Founding Father will then give you a total amount due, which you should plan to pay at least 20 percent by June 5.
